Set amidst the stunning landscapes of the Lockyer Valley, these guided hikes combine the restorative power of nature with evidence-based mindfulness practices. Each hike offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the senses, and cultivate presence through gentle movement, breathing, and reflection. Ranging from 2-hour gentle walks to 6-hour scenic treks, Mindfulness Hikes are designed to support mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, these hikes provide a nurturing space to pause, breathe, and find balance in the beauty of the natural world.

  • Warm layers (it can be very cold at the summit before sunrise)
  • Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes
  • Hat and sunscreen (you’ll need these on the walk down)
  • Light snack or breakfast to enjoy at the top
  • Small backpack to carry your items
  • Personal medications (as needed)
